                   unknown, she gained trust in Hyrule quickly.

Hair:Pink Hair down to her waist with large braids on both  
           sides of her hair along with two loops on each side as  
           well.
Eyes:Hylian eyes in size that change from clear,blue and purple depending on her mood and actions.
Height:Average size for a hylian teenager.

Clothes:A long soft blue dress with a short dark blue with gold embroidery and the hyrule royal crest. She wears a  
short silver breastplate engraved with symbols of a      
unknown legend with a silver chain which connects the breastplate to two small silver shoulder plates that match the breastplate.She also wears a cloak in a soft lavender silk with golden trim and a gem of swirling colors in the center and a hood,she also wears one long spiral ring that goes down her arm and at the hand has a clear diamond on it on her right hand.

Skin: She has soft pale skin which is very smooth but may
have other features under her cloak which she refuses to remove.

Body Type:She has a slender and agile body.

Personality: Yulia uses her skills as a seer when ever she can for the royal court but herself as well. She has no mercy for the guilty,monsters or enemies. She acts cool and calm at all times her voice charms just about anyone who hears it.  She speaks little
of her past or of herself. She has no true friends or anyone she truly trusts due to an unknown event in her life. Yulia will snap at anyone who tries to remove her clock. She deep down has a pure
heart but she keeps herself shrouded in mystery.
Personal Strengths:
                       (1.)She has great wisdom and knowledge which
                             she rarely shares.
                         (2.) Her charming voice makes her enemies    
                              lower their guard or worry she may be a
                              threat.
                         (3.) Her power as a seer lets her see  
                              sometimes very important things that
                              have or will happen in the future or
                              past.
                         (4.) Enemies may want to think twice before
                              challenging her as her magical skills  
                              are very strong and she is swift and    
                              cunning.
Weakness: (1.) She has a hard time fighting back if  
                               her magic and seer powers are cut off.
                         (2.) If confused she has a hard time  
                              allowing her skill to work especially  
                              if the confusion is emotional.
                         (3.) When enraged little can stop her or let
                              her hear or see anyone around her
                              turning her into quite a threat.

Brief Profile (Spoilers): Yulia grew up in Skyloft using her  
magic and having odd markings a sign of great things to come for those of Skyloft. At age five she was kidnapped by Air Pirates who soon enslaved her. When she was of no more use to them they sold her to a group of monsters who used her mainly for target practice or tricking her just to see her reaction. Her heart began to grow darker as her grief grew from years of mistreatment. But one day an unknown figure on a horse appeared.
  She was too weak at the time to know for sure who it was but it looked like the once Great Hero Link she watched her eyes barely able to stay open to see the fight as the figure defeated the monsters one by one. The figure then approached her as she passed out from the treatment she had been given earlier that same day.  
  She woke up a week later in Hyrule. When Yulia had healed she found she could use her magic once again and as the people of Yulia’s home told her she did receive something to bring her to greatness the powers to see parts of the past and future.
  Not wanting to be kidnapped again Yulia hid her scars under a clock and began on her journey to find her destiny and what a better place to start then the heart of Hyrule. To learn more if needed ask Tsumi due to some areas of her profile were altered due to her big plot spoiler which he approved.

I truly didn't know who I was going to have be the one who rescued her but yes it would be someone related to Link or someone much like him when we are both on we can talk about it.  

Approved! And I have the feeling that my character, who is the head of the Sheikah, will undoubtedly not trust Yulia. Then again, my character has a hard time trusting people in general.

He he...unlocked, partially by user request, and partially because the ability to see the past and future are illogical, and wings? Does that even happen in any of the zelda games? Please fix, and make your requested edits.
